The helmet is sized to fit an average adult male head. It does not include padding. For a snug fit, you may choose to add your own padding using upholstery foam or a similar soft material.
The helmet is perfect for costuming and cosplay but is NOT intended to offer any sort of protection for airsoft, LARPing, other sports.
