Uruk-hai Swordsman Helmet, Lord of the Rings

This full-size orc helmet is made of EVA foam, patterned from a miniature collectible version from Weta Workshop. The rough metal texture on the helmet is achieved using a buildup of cotton batting and Creature Cast neoprene rubber. The helmet is painted and weathered using a variety of acrylic paints.
